Shipping & Delivery

Shipping made simple: timelines, tracking, and rates.

At Vitaligrow, we process and ship orders promptly. Order production typically takes 2–5 business days once your order is placed; very large orders (200+ items) may take up to 5–10 business days. Once your order is in production, it is packed and shipped. All products ship from our U.S. warehouse, so even international customers should allow extra time for transit and customs processing. After shipping, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (see Tracking below).

U.S. (Domestic) Shipping

  • Standard (USPS First Class): Delivery in about 1–4 business days. Rates start around $4.50 (for packages up to 0.5 lb) and go up to about $10 for packages around 3 lbs. Each additional pound adds roughly $1.
  • Expedited (USPS Priority): Delivery in about 1–3 business days. Rates start around $9 for the first pound and up to about $15 for packages up to 4 lbs. Each extra pound adds roughly $2.

Delivery times are business days (M–F), not counting holidays. We ship to all U.S. states except military/PO boxes (APO/FPO addresses cannot be delivered). The exact shipping charge is calculated at checkout based on your cart weight and the selected method.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Key destinations include:

  • Canada: Delivery in about 2–5 business days via FedEx. Rates start around $17 for the first pound (up to 1 lb) and about $24 for up to 4 lbs.
  • Europe: Many EU countries (e.g. France, Italy, Netherlands, etc.) and the UK. Delivery about 2–5 days via FedEx. Rates start around $18 for the first pound (up to 1 lb) and up to $26 for 4 lbs.
  • Asia-Pacific: Countries like Vietnam, Australia, Indonesia, etc. Delivery about 2–5 days via FedEx. Rates start around $20 for the first pound and up to $32 for 4 lbs.

(Please note: We currently do not ship to Spain due to customs restrictions. All orders originate in the US, so if shipping internationally the package will be processed through U.S. customs before export.)

Customs, Duties & Restrictions

International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes or import fees. These are imposed by the destination country’s customs office and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. You (the recipient) are responsible for paying any such charges. Duties are usually calculated on the declared order value. Each country has its own threshold and rates for import fees, so we recommend checking your country’s regulations. (For example, you can use an online duty calculator to estimate fees.)

Some products may be restricted in certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that your order is allowed for import. If a shipment is refused by customs, we cannot refund that order.

Order Fulfillment & Transit Time

Your order goes through two phases: production (fulfillment) and shipping. Production time (assembling, packing, and quality checks) takes typically 2–5 business days. Once packed, we ship the order via the method above. The total delivery time is the sum of production + transit. (For example, a U.S. order might take ~2–5 days to produce, then ~1–4 days to ship.)

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. You can request an address change or cancellation within about 2 hours of ordering (before the order is processed). After that point, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be changed or canceled. If an address error cannot be fixed in time and the package is returned to us, we will contact you about re-shipping (additional fees may apply).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use this code on the carrier’s website (USPS or FedEx) to see current status. Tracking information often takes a day or two to update after shipment. If your tracking link shows no movement after a few days, try again (sometimes carriers need extra time to scan). If you continue to have trouble or believe your package is lost, please contact us for assistance.

Possible Delays & Issues

Occasionally shipments take longer than our estimates. Common causes include:

  • Customs clearance: International packages may be held for inspection, which can add days or weeks.
  • High volume or weather: Peak seasons, holidays or severe weather can slow carriers.
  • Tracking delays: Sometimes tracking updates lag by 1–2 days, especially right after pickup.

If your order seems delayed beyond the expected window, please check the tracking first. If no progress appears after a reasonable time, contact us so we can help investigate.

Address & Other Order Issues

  • Wrong address: Contact us immediately if you notice a mistake. We can only update addresses very shortly after the order is placed[22]. After production begins (about 2 hours post-order), we can’t change it[22][23].
  • Package lost or damaged: If delivery problems occur (lost in transit, damaged package, etc.), first check with the carrier. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team for a solution.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order within roughly 2 hours of purchase. Once processing has started, we cannot cancel[23].
