My Account → Account details. Update your info and click Save changes.

My Account → Addresses. Click Edit on Billing or Shipping.

My Account → Orders → View. You can print invoices/receipts there.

My Account → Payment methods. Add a card (uses secure, tokenized processing) or remove one anytime.

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Backorders ship as soon as they arrive; you’ll get an email update.

We ship to many countries. Duties/taxes are set by your local customs office. Some products (e.g., certain herbs or probiotics) may be restricted—please check your country’s import rules.

Email us within 7 days of the expected delivery with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll help locate the package or replace/refund as appropriate.
